Randoms: Breast milk cheese with your wine?

Yeeeeah, so someone out there looked at a mum nursing her new baby and thought "hmmm...all that breast milk would make for some delicious cheese."


According to the gothamist, one of the projects that Miriam Simun at Food-Tech, is working on is a delicious Wisconsin human cheddar from breast milk shipped on ice from a Wisconsin woman. Simun believes that human cheese is "the most natural, local, ethical cheese possible." And while she kind of has a point, I don't think the world is ready to have crackers with a side of human cheese.
