Model Personal Training for All

Finally the word is out! Models actually have to do some type of work to maintain their figures! I have never met a model who doesn't in some shape or form diet/exercise to maintain her measurements.

Case in point, Justin Gelband, better known as the model whisperer, who trains the likes of Anne Vyalitsyna, Angela Lindvall, Selita Ebanks, Maryna Linchuk and Miranda Kerr. Like many models, Gelband client Maryna Linchuck claimed that:

“Before him, I’d never exercised. I was skinny—‘high fashion’ skinny—and all the Victoria’s Secret models had more lean muscle.” “It’s important for the girls to be healthy—a lot of high-fashion models just don’t eat, and that’s not the right way to do it. You should eat and exercise—then you get this thin, tight body instead of just being skinny.”

  1. These models, I like because they actually work out. You can so tell from the Victoria's Secret runway when they walk! As for other models, there are models where they are too thin and don't look very healthy.
